The NSF CC* CRISPIE project has moved from foundational training and infrastructure deployment into active community utilization, where research and education communities can begin using the regional DTN, Edge-DTN-STOR. Please note, is available to the Edge NSF CC* CRISPIE partner institutions only.
CRISPIE EDGE-DTN-STOR is a high-performance research storage service built on Nextcloud and integrated with dedicated Data Transfer Nodes (DTNs). DTNs are purpose-built to move large datasets efficiently without impacting login nodes or campus systems. This guide will provide information about Edge-DTN-STOR and for getting started.

We encourage you to:
- Identify active or upcoming projects involving significant data movement
- Integrate Edge-DTN-STOR into your research or education workflows
- Request an allocation and begin testing your workflow
- Engage your campus research computing lead or IT support
Storage is allocated per project or research group. Eligible requestors include research faculty, PIs, and designated project leads.
